Tour Policies

A few things to know before you hop aboard. Please review before your departure.

Arrive at least 15 minutes prior to departure. Tours depart on schedule; latecomers cannot be accommodated and no refunds or exchanges apply.

Infants and children requiring car seats cannot be accommodated on the open-air trolley.

Keiki (under 12) ride free on all tours.

Stop times are approximate (~10–30 min) and may vary with traffic and conditions.

All itineraries are subject to change.

If you arrive late or do not show up for your scheduled tour, you will not be refunded.
